Mimosa

Ingredients:

1 part orange juice

1 part sparkling wine or champagne

Instructions:

Pour the sparkling wine or champagne into a Camilla Prosecco or Couple glass.

Top with freshly squeezed orange juice.

Gently stir to combine.

Garnish with a fresh orange slice if desired.

To Serve:

Vodka Martini

Serves 1

Ingredients:

60 ml vodka

15 ml dry vermouth

Ice

Instructions:

Place your Martini glass in the fridge to chill for a couple of hours or overnight.

Fill your Maxwell & Williams cocktail shaker with ice.

Add vodka and dry vermouth.

Stir until well-chilled.

Strain into your cold Martini glass.

Garnish with an olive or a lemon twist.

To Serve:

Non-Alcoholic Strawberry Lemonade

Serves 2-3

Ingredients:

1 cup strawberries, fresh and hulled

1/2 cup lemon juice

2 tbsp honey or simple syrup

3 cups cold sparkling water

Instructions:

Place the strawberries, lemon juice and honey in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Pour into a pitcher and add cold sparkling water.

Stir well and serve over ice in Camilla stemless glasses.

Garnish with fresh strawberries or lemon slices.
